First psx emulated game on steam N2O: Nitrous Oxide

N2O: Nitrous Oxide, currently on sale is an interesting one, its actually running through a psx emulator. Now its not the first to use emulation to run classic games, theres plenty of them running through dosbox and i'm sure the megadrive collection uses emulation, but this one seems to be using pcsxr .

So is this going to be something that's going to get popular with more original playstation games on steam, what about other platforms?
.......that is unless its violating gpl!

As they don't provide directions for getting their modifications nor (I suppose) include any information on the origin/original license in the installed files, they are definitely violating the GPL here
