(2) Keyboard Controllers - xarcade controller config

I have an Xarcade tankstick controller. all the buttons are configured as Keyboard keys. I have it configured for 1 player. Wondering if there is a way to configure 2 players. each using the same keyboard. wondering if anyone has ran into this?

I've attached a print out of the key mappings for the controller

I've done this with joy2key for zsnes. Just make sure you don't use any emulator reserved hotkeys, and it should be fine.
