DX11 issue

Hello all, I am having a slight issue with dx11 plugin. When using DX11 I have these strange lines that look almost like scanlines. Is there anyway to fix this issue? This does not happen with dx10.

XFX Radeon HD 7970, A friend of mine tried it on his R9 video card as well and experienced the same issue

Looks like i is suppose to be like that to me, are you sure they aren't suppose to be there?
