Demul 0.582 plugins not showing

The video, sound and netplay plugins are not showing in DEmul 0.582. I have searched the forums for this and tried the following:
I have set the correct path for the plugins and installed the VC 2013 Runtimes (32 and 64 bit). Also, DirectX 9.0 and 11.1 are installed (Windows 8.1).

I just formatted my PC and they were working before the format.

Any help is appreciated.

I already spent several hours on this before posting here, but I finally got it to work.

I manually added the plugin names to the ini and started the emulation. It told me msvcr100.dll (VC2010 was missing. I already had the VC2010 redistributable (64 bit) installed, but it seems DEmul needs the 32 bit one. Weird, because in another post I read that the latest DEmul was built with VC2013.

I will also take this moment to thank the DEmul team for this wonderful emulator

AFAIK, Demul is a 32-bit program, so it needs the 32-bit redistributable.

Ah, of course! I was thinking I should use the 64 bit one, since I have a 64 bit OS...
