Can't figure out how to use Hi-res texture packs in PJ64 2.1.0.1

Hello, I am having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to use Hi-res textures in PJ64 2.1.0.1 (newest version). I have searched up lots of videos on youtube and searched tons of other sources and have not found one way to do it that works so I figured I might as well ask here to see if anyone can help me out. What video plugin are you using and what texture packs do you want?

I am not sure which plugin to use...that is why I am posting here. it won't let me link the page of the texture pack either, but it is a Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Hi-Res pack.
