DEMUL 0.582 not finding the video plugin and sound plugin

hello everyone

i have a problem with demul 0.582 and its not finding the video and sound plugin (its empty when i want to select them)

eventhough i have installed latest DirectX 11 and C++ Redistributable

any idea on fixing it ?

I'm having the same problem. Clean install of v0.582 on a laptop that never had Demul installed.
Demul v0.581 works fine.

Make sure that your Plugins path points to the right location. Config --> Plugins and Paths.

It is pointing to the correct path.
emulator path:
D:\emulators\Naomi\demul0582\demul.exe

plugins path:
[plugins]
directory = D:\emulators\Naomi\demul0582\plugins\

I'm using Win7 SP1 64-bits. Maybe I'm missing a C++ Runtime library or something ? I have C++ 2005 / 2008 / 2010 / 2013 installed (both 32-bits and 64-bits versions).

try to install DirectX runtime, Win7/8 haven't full DX included.

DX9 June 2010 redist is fully installed since I play PC games. I also have the DX11.1 Windows update or Watch Dogs doesn't work.
I've also installed C++ runtime 2012 (32-bits and 64-bits) for the new Metro Redux.

Strange that Demul 0.581 works without problems.

Demul 0.581 compile with vs2010, 0.582 - vs2013. Install/reinstal redist and directx.

Ok. Reinstalled both vs2013 32/64 bits (repair install) and dx9. Restarted Windows (cold boot). No dice. But then I deleted my current Demul 0.582 install folder and did a fresh emu install. plugins are showing up now. It seems to be working.
That's strange. Thank you for the help.

are there better ones than default?
