Hi guys, I'm new to PJ64 and really interested in running games with an improved framerate compared to the original hardware, I was searching and it seems like there is no thread that list the best settings and hacks for that.

So here it is with the few infos i compiled

General:
Counter factor to 1.
Enable Physical lookup table.
Trying with or without sync game to audio and TLB

007 The World Is Not Enough (thanks to magmarock64):
Set CF0

Banjo-Kazooie (thanks to retroben):
Use PJ64 v1.7.0.50b23
No Frameskip
802808DF 0000
Change the VI refresh rate to 2200
Use this to limit motion sickness:
Always Skip One Frame
802808DF 0001
Use PJ64 Fruit Edition mod and set 20MB RDRAM
use Jabo D3D6 1.5.2 or Mudlord's Rice Video 6.1.4 (then, set "N64 Frame Buffer" and "Rendering To Texture" to "None", use OpenGL and set the type to OpelGL Fragment)

Banjo-Tooie (thanks to retroben):
Use PJ64 v1.7.0.50b23
Use this Gameshark code:
No Frameskipping
8007913C 0080
Add/enable the cheat in the BT's edit cheats context menu
Change the VI refresh rate to 2200
Use PJ64 Fruit Edition mod and set 20MB RDRAM
use Jabo D3D6 1.5.2 or Mudlord's Rice Video 6.1.4 (then, set "N64 Frame Buffer" and "Rendering To Texture" to "None", use OpenGL and set the type to OpelGL Fragment)
Only "Delay SI Interrupt" and "Use TLB" should be checked.
In the Recompiler tab,all but "TLB unmapping" and "Protect Memory" should be checked.

Conker's Bad Fur Day (thanks to retroben):
Use PJ64 v1.7.0.50b23

Goldeneye (thanks to magmarock64):
in the rom settings use Counter Factor 1 and set VI to 1500 and AI to 400
Off tick all boxes accept "use TLB"
in Recompiler settings off tick all boxes aspect Register caching.
When you start the game you might hear crackling to fix this open your audio setting and tick sync to audio.
Use the video plugin Glide64.

Mario Kart 64 (4player speed fix, thanks to Hatcat):
Use PJ64 2.x
Set CF1
Disable Fixed Audio Timing
VI Refresh Rate: 375
OR use the rom "Mario kart 64 (europe) (rev a)"

Perfect Dark (thanks to magmarock64):
Set CF0
Use the video plugin Glide64
Change the save type from 16kbit Eeprom to a different one (crash fix but then SF0=SF1 so 30fps max)

Wetrix (thanks to ScottJC):
Set CF3

Please feed this thread and let's make it big (I will regularly edit with your contributions) so we can all enjoy those improvements and maybe get it integrated in the build!

So Conker's Bad Fur Day plays at 60Fps by default?

Does it actually have to be with 1.7, or does it also go with newer versions?
