What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Glide will be the plugin that I use for development.

A little less then everything.
Progress report:
Main weapons are replaced.
Title screen and menu screen are replaced.
Activation logo fixed.
New Explosions.

The developer pack contains unedited common textures that need replacement.

Classic Invaders
Goal:
Redo Classic Invader.
Style: 3D anaglyph Blue\Red.

Texture must contain a black background as these files are sensitive
and a clear background will show up as non-data.

Textures should have the style of my avatar with white trim around the black spirit.

Shields:
The shields will remain green with a 3D underlay of Red and Blue.
Shots: Invader incoming shots will be colored and animated shots will contain Red, Blue, and Green or maybe Yellow. Players shots will remain white.
Base:
The base should remain the same but with a 3D overlay\underlay.
Mothership: The Mothershipwill recive an 3d Underlay but remain the same.Text: Not sure?

Thanks guys, this is a small game but well worth an overhaul.
I need to replace the incoming lasers and shots next these are made up of 4 or 5 textures animated.
Ideas?
I am looking for some help and suggestions are welcome.

I think that I'll be using this one.
But I can always edit it again.

That one is very low resolution. I'm pretty sure you can edit the SVG to make it blue or white. Also I found another one:

And as it turns out, I'm not going to the highway. I may still get a little... busy, though.

Yeah Upscaled, :blush:

I forget what they were, I grabbed a youtube video and converted it to a gif animation.
After review there is no quality improvement the original work seems to be okay.

Those files are only the raw dumps, but sure.
Please only use them with development of SpaceInvaders and post changes to this thread. Thanks!
