Issues With Timers And Crashing In Majora's Mask
Alright so I've been playing Majora's Mask lately. At first I used Project 64, but noticed that timers ran unusually fast. I tried messing around with CF timing and plugins, but it didn't work, so I switched to 1964. At first everything was fine after I fixed some lag issues, but now sometimes during the middle of mini-games the timer will suddenly run out and I lose. For example during the beaver race I had over a minute left, then suddenly the text came up saying I lost and if I would like to try again. At this point either I try a couple more times and it stops, or soon after the program freezes. It happens fairly often, though I have managed to finish a couple of mini games. I'm using Rice for my video plugin by the way.
So, anyone have any ideas?
Maybe an older version of PJ64, like 1.6.1 from jabosoft.com, will work.
