I know that this is stupid question but how do i run emulator SNES9x 1.53 ? I dont see .exe file just white files and i dont know how to run the emulator. Please help. O and another question. Is there ZSNES 1.52? If there is one please tell me where can i download it?

Sorry i downloaded something else. I didnt download the working folder. Sorry. But the second question remainds. Is there ZSNES 1.52? If there is one please tell me where can i download it?

Clicky. Download the desired version from the Files section on the right for whichever OS you're running. (If you don't know, choose the Win 32-bit version, or just plain Win(dows) for versions 1.52 or before.) Extract the ZIP file's contents to a folder of your choosing and run the executable, which will be amongst the extracted files.
