N64 Trouble finding dumped LoZ:OoT textures

I'm using Rice's plugin, and it's not that the textures won't dump, it's that they aren't appearing in the folder that the emulator claims it's going to. When I select "dump textures to file" it says it's dumping them, and when it finishes, nothing is in the "LEGEND OF ZELDA" folder it created. Any idea what to do?

With Windows Vista and Windows 7, it's likely permissions hell.
Especially when installed to the Program Files directory.
Vista and later may block file access, even when the administrator!

So a good thing to try first would be making sure you're running PJ64 as administrator. (Assuming it's installed to the default location.)
