Need Controller Configuration for Logitech Dual Action controller

I'm trying to play Ocarina of Time, and I would like to know the best configuration for my controller(specified above)

Do you mean button assignment? Well considering that's a PlayStation-like controller (not recommended for Nintendo 64 games) I would suggest:

D-Pad - D-pad
Control Stick - Either left or right stick
C-Buttons - Either right or left stick
A - Either 2 or 1
B - Either 1 or 2
Z - Either 9 or L
R - R
L - L (or 9 if you put Z on L)
START - 10
