Can someone identify this arcade fighting game for me?

I'm building a MAME cabinet in the summer, but I want to make sure that I know the title of this arcade game so that I can include it in my MAME cabinet that I'm building. From what I remember of this arcade fighting game, one character resembled a lizard-like character that wielded a weapon of some kind, while another one of the characters in the game was a female character that was a brunette which wore a red outfit and wielded a dagger-like weapon in each hand(I know there's a similar female character in the arcade fighting game called "Killer Instinct", but her outfit looked different than that female character from Killer Instinct). The game also had graphics that were 2D, but the graphics looked similar to Killer Instinct. I know for sure though, that the game isn't a part of the Killer Instinct series. The arcade game also looked like it was from the 1990s. I saw it in a movie theater awhile back.

Can someone identify this arcade game for me, and be able to give me the title of this arcade game?

Female character, red outfit and two daggers (swords) and it looks a lot like Killer Instinct ? That's probably Operation Ragnagard for NeoGeo.
Can't remember lizards there though.
