Not full textures are loading

Hello,
Thanks for the beautiful textures. I tried to install the packs but it seems that not everything was loaded. For example I tried to use RiSiO's Retro Mario 64, but I didn't get all that I saw in his captured images. I am using Rice's Video Plugin 6.1.1 beta 10. My settings could be seen in the images. I have the actual pack so there is no reason to believe that I have downloaded the wrong pack because I made sure to see some of the images in the contained folders.
Please Help.

Notice how the actual original image is overlapping with the texture.

as far as amber's mario kart 64 issue the texture have been like that forever.

In my next release I think they will be fixed, but I'm not sure when I will be working on this project.

What is going on with the risio's sm64 pack?

But in the demo video of the pack there is no such distortion/issue. So I though that it is my fault. Also when trying elxuxi_s_NINTEMOD_Mario_64_Retexture, I noticed that the numbers are not covered by the texture which are in the demo video. There should be something wrong somewhere.

some plugin setting may have been enabled/disabled.
Try enabling {alt texture size}.
