But doing it for free violates Nintendo's patented sell-the-same-game-twice (and more!) business model, and just think of all the cash you'd be depriving them of!

Don't single out Nintendo; selling the same thing twice (or more times) is the whole entertainment industry's business model.

honestly? i would rather have the 3DS and OoT 3D but with my budget and the fact that i am trying to make a PC from scratch(not form basic componenets, just MoBo, HDD, etc) means i cannot afford to buy it even used!
