Judging by the image, your video card/chip is either ancient or has broken drivers.

Even my 6 year old desktop can play that game with PJ 64 so I don't think that is caused by his video card. Sorry, I have no idea how you can fix it though, maybe trying different graphics plugin might help?

Yeah, that may be so, but if he has something made by Intel, he's very likely SOL -- reagardless of the age of his computer.
