im new to all this but i really wanna play harvest moon another wonderful life but everytime i load the rom it comes up createpixelshader warning comes up and wont let me play the game and everytime it comes up it freezes how do i fix this??

What graphics card do you have? Pixel shader-related errors often mean that either your video card is not good enough (i.e. doesn't support the required pixel shader version) or your drivers for it are bad/outdated.

Using and older version should solve this problem. A build before PS 2.0a was added as minimum. Probably r7300 or lower.
