its a trick question:

all the n-sync members havent gone through puberty yet, so they hav no balls worth kicking, dunno who Richard Simmons is, Pikachu is a pokemon, hence, again is lacking of nuts, where as jar jar binks would be a terrible choice as he would just scream and be annoying (plus hes an alien/odd creature, and probably also has no nuts).
