Buy yourself some cartridges, dump them with special hardware and you are done.

Can be from cheap all he way to really expensive, depending on the game. eBay has lots of Nintendo64 carts for sale. You also need that "special hardware" MasterPhW mentioned if you ever want to get those cartridges transferred to your PC, and ultimately be able to play the games you bought in Project64.
P.S. We won't help you find ROMs for Project64.
