I'm playing with just a keyboard, and I'm wondering if there is a feature that would let me know when the rumble pak is set off via a display on the screen or an audio tone? It seems like this would be simple... but who knows..
The N-Rage input plugin has a feature which flashes the screen edges whenever rumble kicks in (Visual Rumble). This obviously only works in windowed mode.
