graphic problem with papermario and maybe other games too

when everything is working i saw that some colors r changed here r the pics i took:
in here there should be rainbow colored name

and in here the faces must show up it wasn't like that....

any suggestions?lain:?

Your graphics hardware is not good enough to handle the the game properly (or rather, whatever graphics plugin you are using).

do u wanna know y its like that? its cuz of direct3D6 and not 8
and if i put direct3D8 the access violation will come up again....
