Graphic problem. need help fast!

So, ive recenly only been able to run Pokemon colosseum on the 2795 version but the resolution is wrong on the emulator because you can only see the left top corner of the acctual emu screen and if you put it in fullscreen it doesnt make a change as well as the graphic details are really bad, the graphic itself is not right as it doesnt show the textures but its keep on flashing kinda blue lines.
all the files are working correctly and ive tried to mess with the settings as the other post said but no use ive also tried changing my resolution.
and dont post me here some codes unless they are ready files or you include a instruction (readme) as im green in this stuff so i hope someone can help me fast.

P.S. ive tried 1546, 2108, 2195,dolwin 0.1, 1.01, 1.3 and they are all saying missing VC9x.dll, msrvs missing or could not load file/codec,etc...

i hope someone can help me.

please post any ideas in this post.

And you failed to mention the specifications of your computer you are attempting to try Dolphin on. Post your specifications or read this to see if your pc meets the minimal requirements to run Dolphin:

If your card is an Intel GMA series or older than the Geforce 6xxx or Radeon 9500 you can forget about running Dolphin or getting graphics to display properly..
