I have a problem with the F-Zero X Expansion Patch, which I already posted here:

But since this subforum is more active than the programming subforum I decided to ask here after waiting for about a month. I hope it's ok to open this second thread, but I did announce that I would do it and nobody forbade it even though my announcement is 2 weeks old. Thus I believe it's ok. Plz help.
