Hi. I downloaded Project64 version 1.6, and downloaded Mario kart 64 from ***. But when i open rom, and it loads, it says 'connect a controller in socket 1, then power on again'. The input (controller) plugin in settings says its Jabo DirectInput7 1.6. I dont know whats going on! PLEASE HELP!!

We don't need to know where your got your illegal ROMs.

Make sure that the Player 1 controller is marked as "Plugged in" in the Controller Plugin configuration window.
