    jet force gemini problem attention!!!!

ok well if you cracked the us version and goodn64 says its ok and what not well its ok. You simply do it as the faq says so. When you are seeing the dextrose logo and you see no fps while in interpreter. well that is NORMAL. Simply wait a few minutes and then the jet force gemini logo will come up. I am posting this thread to inform the poor people who think that when they see the dextrose logo and no fps that the game crashed on them. Oh and I figured this out by myself without the help of the people who tell me to fuck off.

    Taken From The GameFAQ

I've cracked the game, now how do I play it?!
Play the game now, it will load and run like any other. If you're happy with the speed you can ignore the rest of this page. Otherwise, read on.

The updated RDB is supplied with this game set to use Project64's Interpreter CPU core. This is because the Interpreter is needed to get through the intro added to the game by the patch. However, the actual game runs fine on the Recompiler, therefore, after you have gone through the intro once, you may use the Recompiler from there on, for better performance.

    Step-by-step instructions for:
running cracked Jet Force Gemini on the recompiler:

Start your cracked Jet Force Gemini game as normal.
Wait for the Dextrose intro to clear, and the game's title screen to appear. In between you will get a "Reading from flash ram status..." error message; just press OK.
    Make a state save (F5)
Go to ROM Settings (CTRL+S, ROM Settings tab)
    Change Interpreter to Recompiler.
    Press OK.
Reset the ROM and pause emulation immediately (press F1 then F2 in quick succession). If you are too slow, you will get an Unhandled Opcode error message, just do this step again, quicker!
    Load your state save (F7)
    Unpause the game (F2)
    Play!
The next time you want to play Jet Force Gemini, repeat steps 1 then skip to 6-10 (you only need to do steps 2-5 the first time you play).

bizarre. i just aim to put the instructions down in the most clear and concise way, not to second every way you might (mis)interpret them... if a lot of people find something confusing i'll reword - ?
