MSCF filetype (.dat files in Tales of Symphonia)

There is currently no converter or somthing like that for .dat files right?
But does the clear MSFC String in the beginning of the dat files from ToS something mean? Google wasnīt my friend. (Also the forum search doesnīt give any results)

Some of the .bin files ALSO have the MSFC String at the beginning, if I extract them they double in size (well not exactly *2 but nearly)
The extracted files, also have .bin, they cannot be opened with ISO Buster or Winrar.

I also donīt know what the .anm files are for. (e. g. mdl_ask_t02_ivt00.anm)
They arenīt mdl files, are they?

    Well, that isnīt enough^^
The size isnīt even 1MB, so I guess itīs bone Animation (ToS has bone Animation, why didnīt I think earlier about it -.-) but there are too less, about 10 (if I remember correctly), so I highly doubt it.

I got all adx files and sdf files working.

MSFC, is something for Windows Installer, but, well, Winrar dislikes it, ISO Buster doesnīt like it...
