I Need help to play pokemon colosseum on Dolpihn SVN

I dont kno much about dolphin SVN so i need help

my specs
Processor: intel core 2 duo CPU @ 1.83 Ghz

Ram: 2 Gb

32 bit opperating system

Wen i open the program it saids "Failed to load plugins/Plugins_Videodx9.dll"
n wen i try playing the game it saids Dolphin has stoped working n it needs to close?
so i want to kno if my computer is even good enuff to use dolphin

Make sure that you have the latest DirectX9 components installed. If you don't know, download the updater from Microsoft.
