    Porting Project64 1.7 Cheat database into Mupen64Plus

I wrote an application in PHP to convert the Project64 1.7 cheat file into a Mupen64Plus format. Currently the Option cheats have been removed (?? ones). Also cheat notes have been removed.

Included is the PHP script I wrote, the new cheats.cfg (this is not complete, but the cheats _should_ work, and the error log from the conversion)

I will continue to work on this and keep you guys updated.

It might be worth noting that much of the PJ64 database is copied directly from older versions of the bsfree.org database. Porting that might be a better idea (also you'd be able to retain credit to the creators in the notes, which should please a few people ).

I'm not going to get into a 'who wrote what cheats' debate. However it is easier to convert a database than spider a website, and convert that. However thanks for the tip.

Edit: The cheat database wont be in Mupen64 for some time either, it also might never show up. Who knows!
