Does anybody know when version 1.7 becomes availible?

As I recall, in 2005 when it was announced, they said it would be 2-3 years before the public release. So perhaps a summer release or something! I'd certainly hope so, but I cannot say for sure.

Also I believe threads asking about release dates or when the next version will be available are prohibited via the Board Rules.
