This is easy.
Step 1. Uninstall Vista
Step 2. Install XP
Step 3. Install Dolphin
Step 4. Boot up rom
Step 5. Enjoy rom
Step 6. Happy dance

Totally bullsh*t omyjosh, it has nothing todo with Vista, it's a dolphin problem on Vista AND XP, so please stop giving such advices.
