Chankast is too fast!

Before I start, yes, NullDC is awesome. But there's one thing I need from Chankast that NullDC can't give me: Ikaruga's Stage 2 with every bullet, provided you've got ChankEx. But enough of that.

My problem is that Chankast is running too fast for me, even when I turn the CPU down to 10. Another problem is that while the video is going too fast, the audio is going too slow, and sounds garbled.

try setting your videocard's global vsync setting and refresh rate to 60hz and run chankast at fullscreen.
this worked for me. 60hz refresh rate sucks on a CRT, though, too much flickering.
