Got the latest to work in 32bit

The only thing that was preventing it from working in 32bit was the video plugin, so I changed it; I've attatched them

VideoPlugin.dll- Goes in the plugin folder
d3dx9_24.dll- Goes in the directory with Dolphin

Rocky couldn't attatch the files, and the files he posted up there are the files you SHOULDN'T use with a 32bit processor, so there you go.

Ahh... So sorry, I thought it was the latest; but it was actually the one from the download page =/; terribly sorry, but I found this; not sure if it helps
