Anyone got the banjo tooie L to levitate code would like to know it please

Long time lurker here (I never bothered to reg until recently since searching found everything I wanted up until now). I'd like to request this code as well for the US version of the game. I did check gscentral and found one there that was set to the C-Up button but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Any help would be appreciated.
