Hey. After many, MANY hours of work, I managed to get the unpatched Skies of Arcadia to work. For some reason, the patcher simply wasn't working, so it wouldn't patch the CDs.
Anyway, everything's working fine, except for stuff involving the background images. The animation is great, all the characters show up fine, and combat isn't all that slow.
However, static images like walls, floors, clouds and skies, etc are all screwed up. The images are there, but they're screwy and not in the right places. The static images go to normal when a character or animation gets right next to it, but otherwise the positions are all screwed up. I've got no clue how to fix it.
Any ideas?
