What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.
  • As members seem to have a problem reading the release threads:

Djipi's packs are built for the (Glide64 finale) Plugin. Nolonger supported!
Djipi's packs are built for the (GlideN64) Plugin.
These two Plugins are two completely different pieces of code.

GlideN64.HTC archived packs locked by Djipi are not compatible with use on Glide64, Rice video, nor Jabo video.

Glide64.DAT archived packs locked by Djipi are not compatible with use on GlideN64, Rice video, nor Jabo video.

Djipi has never made a pack for use with Rice video and never will. any packs found in this format are not authorized!

GlideN64 is the new standard and only requires an Radeon 6XXX.
This is a somewhat older GPU and should be readily available.
Do everyone a favor and upgrade!

Hey Driscol, I was thinking the same thing! I think Nintemod's style would match perfectly for OOT or MM :bouncy:

WONDERFUL!
absolutely amazing!
PLEASE do the legend of zelda next!

No offense, but do we really need another Zelda hack? I mean, we have tons of them. I for one would like to see other games retextured.

Same deal with Mario 64. I just beat Mollymutt's hack, but now I'm gonna have to play again. While I enjoy Mario 64, it would be nice to play something else.

I'm preparing the next mod that serious for a "Mario Kart 64", with all vehicles modelled in 3D and the possibility of a facility in which to choose among several new characters, changing only the clear graphics. :)

Hi elxuxi,

Nice pack! Really nice!

Hey, I started to touch up some textures in the pack for myself but...I was wondering if I was to do this, if you would like to have them so you could add them to your pack for another release? I am just touching up your textures, not changing them in any way. A little clean up by hand.

Here are two examples of what I have done so far:

These textures look nice, is there anything else you've done?

The models severely need doing. Everyone does the backgrounds of MK64 but the models tend to get neglected.

That's because it's almost impossible to put all of those houndreds of animation files (per driver) together. Seriously, it is a Sisyphean task.

What if you just rendered a model of each position and then save each position as a texture? I know it would still be a lot of work but it would be better than making a new texture for each position. Just a thought...
