Can you load a gba pokemon game for diamond and pearl pal park?

Nope, it is not supported. But it's a small feature that will probably be easy to do, and maybe it will be in the next release of No$GBA.

Thanks. I'm no where near completing the pokemon league so it will most likely be there when I do get to access pal park. Hopefully.
