Can't Move Left or Right

Hello to whoever is reading this post. I have been having some trouble with bomberman 64- The second Attack. After about half an hour of playing i can't move left or right anymore, does anybody know how to fix this problem?

I've encountered the same problem too....It happened when I went to the second planet. I thought "Maybe a reset should do it," so I did and the problem arised right after the first boss this time...I don't know how to fix this either...

Same problem, any copy of Bomberman 64 The Second Attack has this problem it seems. Aside from a couple other games, I wanted to relive this game from when I was still in elementary school

I'd like to add another problem with the game. It seems that along with the moving left and right problem, my audio has cut out.
