My Paper Mario Troubles

When I'm Playing paper mario, and I'm in any town or even before I enter battle
my screen goes on the firtz, and tweeks real fast as if someone who were to have
epilepci to walk past would probably die on the spot.

So can anyone help me?

also if a plug in needs to be installed can you tell me which one? and how too?

Glide64 usually works pretty well for games like that.

Installation:
Place "glide3x.dll" in emu folder and "Glide64.dll" and the ini into the "plugins" folder. Enjoy!
