Nemu in delphi?

i've heard that nemu is written in delphi. is the source code released yet? we would like to learn more about the cpu emulation for n64 in delphi.

Some of the plugin dll seem to be delphi but the executable itself (and other dll in the package) are coming up as being created in MSVC++ 7.0
