Having Problems with Turok: Rage Wars

When ever I load this game the fps slows down to 12ish and then it just freezes. It started happening a while ago but I just got the urge to find out why it happend and how to fix it. I don't know if it is for all games because I don't have any more right now. I have tried reinstaling but that didn't work.

Computer Specifications? Does it meet the minimum requirements?

I'm sure it meets the requirements because I used to play it all the time. I was about to finish the 1p trials and then it wouldn't load correctly anymore.
