It is not a ROM, it is either a CD image or a copied disc.

Computer specs please. What plugins are you using?

    Intel integrated graphics (i think)
    512mb RAM

and the plug ins im using are:

Video plug in: (i have 2 choices shown):
    -gpuOgl
    -gpuDX

    Sound plug in:
    -spuDemul

GD-ROM plug in: (i use daemon tools for a virtual drive)
    -gdrDemul

    Game pad plug in:
    padDemul

and i also got the bios and the flash off my dreamcast console.

If you have an Intel interated graphics chips, just stick to the gpuOgl plugin because that's the only one that'll work.

According to the Demul compatibility list, TXR2 (U) version should work, but with clipping problems.
