Does anyone know a Windows XP Saturn emulator that is able to run Saturn B-Man?

Pretty sure I read SSF is unable to run it past the main title screen...

It runs it almost perfectly. The only problem it has is with 10 player battles.
There is a weird scan line looking distortion.

Other than that it runs 100%

It's called interlacing, and its not a bug. Turn off autoframeskip if you don't want the "afterimage-effect".

USA ver of saturn bomberman tries using the netlink or something, and wont work. All other versions work however (this is from memory, usa ver may also work by now, dunno).

I wish SSF would offer some de-interlacing options already. I don't think it would be a terribly difficult thing to program.
