Does anyone know the nemu 64 cheat for nemu64 that unlocks all of the hidden characters and costumes?

It's the same code you'd use for any emulator, the code of the game doesn't change between emulators. You might just be unclear on how to use the gameshark function. The box in the middle is the name, so just click the New button and type Hidden Characters/Costumes/Moves. Then click the new code name, go to the the bottom right and click Add, type out the code, with the last for hex digits in the box on the right.
