    Animal Crossing

This is adressed in the rules, but i still have some questions...

The frame rate is aweful! it starts off at 30, then goes right down to .5-3.

In the screenshots it says around 10 at least the whole way, but i cant even get over 4 in the game. Is there any possible way, anywhere, to speed it up? I love that game

No. Speed depends on the hardware you have, namely the CPU speed. Enabling dynarec might help, but the boost is marginal at best. Just because someone got the game running at 10 fps, doesn't automatically mean that everyone else will get exactly the same speed.

In a few words, you'll never get the game to work faster that 5-10 FPS.
Hmm, if someone could go to the future...
