EPSXE use Plugins, and use BIOS. I think that Connectix VGS 1.41 is the best. Runs almost everything. And if you want it improved, there is a hack called "EmuRayden". Its an unofficial improvement of the VGS. (BTW, Sony bought Connectix, because the VGS it was an excelent PSOne emulator.)

if u hav anything but winxp winnt and win2000 download from somewhere vgs, its available on the net if u look hard enuff...its the best ps1 emu if u dont mind non-fancy gfx and something that requires no configuring. its a shame it wont work on winxp win2000 and win nt.
