Hardcore mod and hi-res Banjo-Kazooie

Is in the web a hardcore mod for Banjo-kazooie? to make the game a bit more difficult, especially the Final battle with gruntilda. Also, I saw 1 hi-res project, but it's dead, isn't it?

You could just play the game through without collecting any special honeycomb pieces. (I don't think a hardcore mod is available.)

that's a hardcore mod? the title had me worried. perhaps some cheat codes could do what you want, if used.. backwards.
