Game problem

When i try to load this specific game, it does not load the game but a audio track....
and it dosen't even play. I know this rom is a game, but it loads as a media track for some reason.

it is not a self-boot you need to make it into a self-boot

Use the Utopia bootdisc to boot non-selfboot games.

CD images actually. ISO is just one format among many.
