Do you mean "PSP Emulation" in the sense of having a PSP emulator on your computer or in the sense of emulating other systems on the PSP?
There are not PSP emulators at the moment. If you say emulators for PSP, you have A LOT of them.

Emulation doesn't happen overnight, and it ussually takes a bit of blood sweat and tears along the way.
