    is there a DC emulater that...

    runs and installs like the project 64?

    Nope. At least not an emulator that boots commercial games.

    well i really loved the powerstone series and i would love to play those again and the reason i asked is cuz i have the Project 64 program and that was a breeze to install and i know this is putting it wierdly but if someone could hold my hand and give me help on how to make the game and the program to run the games on i would really appreciate it...

    Project64 is not a Dreamcast emulator, it emulates the Nintendo 64. It won't run Power Stone.

    The only Dreamcast emulator that might be able to run the game is Chankast, but the game will be glitchy.
