goldeneye troubles

Hey all,
Goldeneye has been working flawlessly in almost every way until i got to the level Frigate. i am on Agent skill level, and as I start to walk up that ramp from my boat I get this huge error:

If I click OK, i will return to the game, only to get the error again within milliseconds.
Why is this happening? how do i fix it? has anyone else had this problem? I MUST play goldeneye! Please help, any help is appreciated greatly.

i forgot to add that i was using the Jabo Direct3D6 plugin, It might have been Direct 3D7, i'm not sure. I didn't put this in my post at first because I figured my plugin was fine because all the levels before frigate work fine.
